Office space design for the IT department of a Customer Service company, addressing the specific needs of a team of individualists requiring both high levels of concentration and effective collaboration on projects. The space is divided into two complementary zones. The focused work zone includes quiet, ergonomic rooms equipped with acoustic panels and sliding felt panels ensuring privacy. The collaboration zone combines talk rooms, focus rooms, a shared conference room, and a kitchen with a large communal table and a chillout area with soft seating. A distinctive element of the project are the printed pathways – yellow "circuits" in the flooring and on the walls leading to the server room, referencing the IT industry, and personalized neon signs with team logos strengthening employees' identification with the space. The modern, functional aesthetic with branding elements creates an office conducive to both concentration and team integration.
